Tattoo Cover Up. This is the major reason why they may use a white ink to lighten the initial tattoo before covering it up. Cover-up (done by Ink Dreams Tattoo in East Tennessee), across my lower back.
You should be very careful with what the design would be, what kind of design you are going to. Or cover up "forever" with a design that's actually timeless. Have your own tattoo fails and cover-ups you'd like to share?
